The Health Care System Is An International Mogul Within...

Tour at Sitrin The health care system is an international mogul within the business infrastructure of the United States. Because of this, many healthcare facilities have become more business oriented rather than patient focused. Having recognized this unfortunate trend, several businesses and institutions have implemented advocacy programs and marketing tactics in order to improve prospective within the community and overall experience. Among these facilities is Sitrin Heath Care Center, who displays several marketing and advocacy tactics within their instillation, as seen by the tour given to the HLS 305 class in early November. Upon turning on to the road in which all of Sitrin is on, it can be seen that Sitrin is situated on a very large plot of land. This offers an appearance of a backwoods and small town setting rather than an institutional one. Although finding the right door and room was a difficult task for someone who had never been there. Once the meeting room was finally f ound, it became apparent that Sitrin is a community based upon adaptive sports and movement. This was displayed by the several pictures of various forms of adaptive sports that the center offers.
